Cross-border Fund Clarity — Complete File
For individuals with mixed income over several years, property sales, or funds moving through more than one account; and for small companies receiving service revenue from abroad or paying foreign suppliers, where the bank asks for contracts and the company wants to protect its terms. Not for structuring around reporting thresholds. The working scope is confirmed only after reviewing the circumstances, available records and current requirements.
What you receive
- 01
Account and income reconstruction — We rebuild the history of the relevant accounts — salary, rent, sale proceeds, capital, loans — and label every inflow by its source and tax treatment, so the clean money is no longer "contaminated" by the undocumented.
- 02
Document gap closure — The list of what is missing, with the office, form and lead time to obtain each item: tax finalisations for earlier years, sale contracts, capital-account confirmations, loan registrations.
- 03
Redacted disclosure set with a consistent masking rule — For company files, a reduced version of contracts and invoices that shows the bank what it needs — parties, nature, value, dates — and masks pricing and terms under one stated rule, plus a document-to-request matching table.
- 04
Two-way confidentiality letter and on-site review option — A bilingual letter offering the bank's compliance officer sight of the full documents at the branch, with a record and no copy retained — so the file closes without the full contract leaving your hands.
- 05
Bank liaison under mandate — We attend or correspond with the branch and, where needed, the head-office compliance team, keep one timeline of every request and answer, and escalate in the bank's own language of risk rather than in confrontation.
- 06
Standing file for the next transfer — The finished file is indexed so the next transfer of the same kind needs an update, not a restart — with a written note of what to keep each year.
Delivery routes
Choose the level of support that fits your capacity, timing and desired control. Each party's role is confirmed before work begins.
Route B (bank liaison under mandate) is the default; Route C applies where a notary, auditor or licensed counsel must sign part of the file.
Route A — You act, we guide
you keep execution; LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard prepares and files the agreed work within the written authority.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
where a licensed specialist is required, LotusGuard vets the provider, holds one timeline and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs (government fees, translation, notarisation, third-party counsel).
Legal notice
LotusGuard prepares, organises and presents documentary evidence of the origin and purpose of funds, and liaises with banks and tax offices on your behalf under a written mandate. LotusGuard does not structure, split or disguise transactions, does not accept engagements where the origin of funds cannot be evidenced, and keeps client-identification records as if it were a reporting entity under Vietnam's anti-money-laundering law. Bank statements and tax records are sensitive personal data: they are collected only with your recorded consent, used only for the engagement, and deleted on the schedule stated in the engagement letter. The decision to execute, delay or refuse a transfer rests with the bank; no outcome is guaranteed. This is an independent advisory deliverable, not a legal opinion issued by a licensed law practice.
