TT (Vietnamese sponsor)
Map relationship evidence and Vietnamese sponsorship. The working scope is confirmed only after reviewing the circumstances, available records and current requirements.
What you receive
- 01
Relationship verification with a Vietnamese sponsor — TT is granted to the parents, spouse and children of a Vietnamese citizen. Under Law 118/2025, in force since 1 July 2026, grandparents resident in Vietnam may now also sponsor foreign-national grandchildren — a route many families do not know exists.
- 02
Civil-status documents made usable in Vietnam — Household registration, marriage and birth records, with notarised Vietnamese translation and consular legalisation where issued abroad.
- 03
Sponsor documentation and filing under mandate — The Vietnamese sponsor's identity documents and guarantee application, filed and tracked with the Immigration Department to decision.
- 04
Handover and long-stay outlook — The TT visa, valid up to twelve months, plus a written comparison of your longer-term options — Temporary Residence Card, or the five-year visa exemption certificate if you or your spouse is of Vietnamese origin.
Delivery routes
Choose the level of support that fits your capacity, timing and desired control. Each party's role is confirmed before work begins.
Route A — You act, we guide
You keep control of execution. LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.
Legal notice
LotusGuard provides procedural advisory and files your dossier under a power of attorney. The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
