WP Exemption

What you receive

Exemption category determination — We identify which statutory exemption actually applies — capital-contributing owner or member of a limited liability company, board member of a joint stock company, head of a representative office, intra-corporate transferee, and the other listed categories — or we tell you bluntly that none does.

Evidence of exempt status — Corporate registers, capital contribution evidence, appointment decisions or intra-group assignment letters, assembled and translated as required.

Filing and authority liaison under mandate — Filed with the competent Department of Home Affairs and tracked to decision.

Route to lawful residence — A written explanation of how the certificate supports an LĐ1 visa and, from there, a Temporary Residence Card — so the exemption becomes actual residence rights, not just a piece of paper.

Written handover and compliance calendar — The confirmation certificate, valid up to two years, and the dated calendar for its renewal.

Route A — You act, we guide

Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.

The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
