AI Deployment
Configure a bounded chatbot or workflow automation. The working scope is confirmed only after reviewing the circumstances, available records and current requirements.
What you receive
- 01
Scope confirmation before any build — A short written statement of work: exactly which tools, which workflows, which languages, and what 'done' means — signed before we start, so scope cannot drift and neither can the fee.
- 02
Build and configuration on your own accounts — Everything is built inside accounts you own and control. If you end the engagement tomorrow, the configuration stays with you — we do not hold your automation hostage on our licence.
- 03
Bilingual customer-facing behaviour — Chatbots and automated messages configured to answer in English and Vietnamese, with a defined escalation point at which a real person takes over. An automation that cannot hand off politely damages the brand it was bought to help.
- 04
Least-privilege access and data handling — We request only the minimum permissions the build actually needs, document what each integration can read and write, and configure retention so customer data is not accumulated without purpose.
- 05
Handover, training and a seven-day supervised run — A written operating guide, a recorded walkthrough, live training for your staff, and seven days of tuning against real traffic before we step back. You end the engagement able to change it yourself.
Delivery routes
Choose the level of support that fits your capacity, timing and desired control. Each party's role is confirmed before work begins.
Route A — You act, we guide
You keep control of execution. LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.
