New Work Permit
Prepare a first work-permit route for an eligible role and sponsor. The working scope is confirmed only after reviewing the circumstances, available records and current requirements.
What you receive
- 01
Eligibility screening against Decree 219/2025 — We test your job title, qualifications and documented experience against the statutory categories — manager, executive, expert or technical worker — and tell you plainly, before you commit a fee, whether your file qualifies.
- 02
Employer-side prerequisites — We prepare the employer's report on demand for foreign labour and verify the sponsoring entity's registration standing, so your application is not refused for a defect on the company's side.
- 03
Full bilingual dossier assembly — Judicial record, health certificate, degree and experience evidence — with consular legalisation and notarised Vietnamese translation arranged for every document issued abroad.
- 04
Filing and authority liaison under mandate — We file with the competent Department of Home Affairs, absorb every supplementary request, and update you at each stage. You never queue at a counter.
- 05
Written handover and compliance calendar — The original work permit, a fully indexed copy of the filed dossier, and a dated calendar showing your expiry and the exact day your extension window opens.
Delivery routes
Choose the level of support that fits your capacity, timing and desired control. Each party's role is confirmed before work begins.
Route A — You act, we guide
You keep control of execution. LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.
Legal notice
LotusGuard provides procedural advisory and files your dossier under a power of attorney. The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
