Household Business
Compare a household-business route with the intended activity. The working scope is confirmed only after reviewing the circumstances, available records and current requirements.
What you receive
- 01
Suitability test against the company route — A business household is simpler and cheaper to run, but it carries unlimited personal liability and cannot issue every kind of invoice. We put both routes side by side with real numbers before you choose.
- 02
Business line and location screening — Your intended trade and premises tested against conditional and prohibited business lines, and against the local requirements that stop a shop from opening — fire safety and food safety being the usual two.
- 03
Registration executed end to end — Application drafted and filed, business household registration certificate obtained, tax code registered, and the digital signature and e-invoice set up so you can trade lawfully from day one.
- 04
The 2026 tax-regime briefing — Presumptive tax was abolished with effect from 1 January 2026. Business households now file under the declaration regime, which means real bookkeeping and real records. We hand you a written explanation of what you must now keep, file and retain — this is the single change that has caught the most small operators out.
- 05
Compliance calendar and upgrade trigger — Your filing deadlines for the year ahead, plus the revenue and headcount level at which converting to a company becomes the better structure — so you plan the upgrade instead of being forced into it.
Delivery routes
Choose the level of support that fits your capacity, timing and desired control. Each party's role is confirmed before work begins.
Route A — You act, we guide
You keep control of execution. LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.
Legal notice
LotusGuard provides procedural advisory and files your dossier under a power of attorney. The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
