E-visa Single
Check whether a single-entry e-visa fits the trip. The working scope is confirmed only after reviewing the circumstances, available records and current requirements.
What you receive

Eligibility and passport check — We confirm your nationality is on the current e-visa list and that your passport has at least six months' validity — the two grounds on which most self-filed e-visas are rejected without refund.

Trip data prepared correctly — Intended entry and exit border gates and dates, prepared as a single-entry itinerary. The declared border gate binds you at the counter, so choosing it carelessly can cost you the entry.

Online submission, fee handling and tracking — We file on the national e-visa portal, pay the state fee on your behalf where you prefer, and monitor the result rather than leaving you refreshing a page.

Handover and arrival briefing — The e-visa in PDF, valid up to 90 days, plus a short arrival briefing: what to present at the border, and your duty to have temporary residence registered at your accommodation immediately after arrival — an obligation foreigners are routinely fined for missing.

Route A — You act, we guide
You keep control of execution. LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.
Legal notice
LotusGuard provides procedural advisory and files your dossier under a power of attorney. The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
