LD2 Visa
Prepare the employment-visa route for a permit holder. The working scope is confirmed only after reviewing the circumstances, available records and current requirements.
What you receive
- 01
Work-permit-based eligibility check — LĐ2 is the symbol for a foreign worker who holds a valid work permit. We verify the permit's remaining validity, because the visa cannot outlast it.
- 02
Sponsor pack drafted for you — Enterprise registration, Form NA16 seal and signature registration, and the Form NA2 application letter, prepared for your employer to sign and seal.
- 03
Filing and liaison with the Immigration Department under mandate — Submitted, tracked, and carried through supplementary requests to decision.
- 04
Handover and alignment plan — The visa, valid up to two years, plus a single calendar aligning work permit, visa and Temporary Residence Card expiry so no one instrument expires ahead of the others.
Delivery routes
Choose the level of support that fits your capacity, timing and desired control. Each party's role is confirmed before work begins.
Route A — You act, we guide
You keep control of execution. LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.
Legal notice
LotusGuard provides procedural advisory and files your dossier under a power of attorney. The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
