What you receive

Precondition audit before you pay — Passport valid at least 13 months, a work permit or exemption certificate with at least 12 months remaining, and a registered lawful address. If any one fails, we say so at the assessment stage — not after you have paid.

Statutory forms prepared — Forms NA6 or NA7 and NA8 completed by us; you or your sponsor only sign.

Filing and liaison with the Immigration Department under mandate — Including the temporary residence registration evidence that most refusals turn on.

Handover and renewal calendar — A Temporary Residence Card valid up to two years, tied to your work permit, plus the dated window when renewal must begin — a card is far harder to recover once it lapses than to renew on time.
Delivery routes
Choose the level of support that fits your capacity, timing and desired control. Each party's role is confirmed before work begins.
Route A — You act, we guide
You keep control of execution. LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.
Legal notice
LotusGuard provides procedural advisory and files your dossier under a power of attorney. The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
