What you receive

Capital band verification — Your entitlement is set by contributed capital, not by intention. We verify contributed capital of VND 100 billion or more against the Investment Registration Certificate, the Enterprise Registration Certificate and bank confirmation of contribution — and tell you if the evidence does not yet support the band you expect.

Corporate sponsor pack — The Form NA2 application letter and Form NA16 seal and signature registration of the company you invested in, drafted by us for signature and seal.

Filing and liaison with the Immigration Department under mandate — Submitted, tracked and carried through supplementary requests to decision.

Handover and entitlement watch — A visa valid up to five years, and the pathway to a Temporary Residence Card valid up to ten years. We also set a review date: if your contributed capital later moves band, your entitlement changes with it, in both directions.
Delivery routes
Choose the level of support that fits your capacity, timing and desired control. Each party's role is confirmed before work begins.
Route A — You act, we guide
You keep control of execution. LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.
Legal notice
LotusGuard provides procedural advisory and files your dossier under a power of attorney. The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
