Work Permit Re-issuance
Handle qualifying changes, loss or damage affecting a permit. The working scope is confirmed only after reviewing the circumstances, available records and current requirements.
What you receive
- 01
Statutory ground verification — Lost, damaged, or a change of name, nationality, passport number or workplace address — we identify precisely which statutory ground applies to you, because the wrong ground is the most common reason a re-issuance is rejected.
- 02
Evidence pack for the ground claimed — Police report, damaged original, or the corporate and civil documents evidencing the change, prepared in the form the authority accepts.
- 03
Filing and authority liaison under mandate — Filed with the competent Department of Home Affairs and tracked to decision.
- 04
Consistency sweep across your file — The corrected detail is propagated to your visa, Temporary Residence Card and labour contract records, so no document still carries the old data.
- 05
Written handover — The re-issued permit — which carries your original expiry date, not a new one — plus an indexed copy set.
Delivery routes
Choose the level of support that fits your capacity, timing and desired control. Each party's role is confirmed before work begins.
Route A — You act, we guide
You keep control of execution. LotusGuard provides the costed roadmap, working notes and review checkpoints.
Route B — We execute under mandate
LotusGuard coordinates and files the agreed work within the authority and scope set out in writing.
Route C — Independent third-party QC
When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.
Legal notice
LotusGuard provides procedural advisory and files your dossier under a power of attorney. The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
