What you receive

Symbol confirmation — LĐ1 is the statutory visa symbol for a foreign worker who is exempt from a work permit. We confirm your exemption certificate is valid, current, and actually supports this symbol rather than another.

Sponsor pack drafted for you — The sponsoring entity's enterprise registration, its seal and signature specimen registration (Form NA16), and the visa application letter (Form NA2) — drafted by us, so your company only signs and seals.

Filing and liaison with the Immigration Department under mandate — We submit, track, and absorb supplementary requests through to decision.

Handover and the next step — The visa, valid up to two years, plus a written assessment of whether converting to a Temporary Residence Card is cheaper and more stable for your situation — with the numbers.

When a specialist provider is required, LotusGuard vets the provider and supervises delivery for a disclosed management fee.
Timing and quote
Fees are fixed against the scope stated in the quote and applied consistently. The quote identifies included work, exclusions, assumptions and any pass-through costs.

LotusGuard provides procedural advisory and files your dossier under a power of attorney. The decision to grant, refuse or revoke rests solely with the competent Vietnamese authority; we do not sponsor applicants and we do not promise an outcome. Your original passport stays with you — we work from certified copies wherever the law allows. Government fees, official charges, translation and consular legalisation are payable by the client at cost, at the published rate.
